Confirming that measurement results fall within the accuracy range ensures the traceability and reliability of the results. RepairRepair Service

Should there be an unexpected malfunction or issue with the product you are using,
we will discuss it with you to understand the nature of the problem.
After making a request, a CORES engineer will visit your site to repair the product.

Repair Period

At CORES, we offer a one-year warranty and provide repair services for up to 10 years from the date of delivery. After 10 years, since main components of the equipment have reached the end of their useful life and maintenance parts are difficult to obtain, in general would not eligible for repair services.

Warranty Period

※:After 10 years, obtaining maintenance parts and having them repaired by the respective parts manufacturers becomes difficult. Therefore, in principle, the repair service is not available.
